Videos coming soon

Hello everyone. I have videos that I need to upload on this blog. So please bare with me. I have 4-5 that I need to transfer over to this blog. I have a YouTube page naturalnikkidst and I talk about on there. I will transfer those videos on this site. So far I am down 15 lbs and 16 inches off my total body. Normally go in every Sunday to get measured and weighed in. However I am going out of town this Sunday and so is my trainer. So when it will be later on this week. She told me last week. I need to lose at least 10-12 more pounds. From the outside looking in I look slim, but I'm not lean enough for a bikini competition... I still need to gain more muscle as well. My shoulders and arms are coming in nicely she told me. I hope that I lose 3 lbs this week. And at least .5 in my waist. My goal is to compete in at least 2-3. Body building competitions this year. After that. I may retire. Lol. This is hard stuff people and it takes a lot of dedication and hard work. It's not impossible its definitely doable. I am not and WILL NOT quit. Let's compare shall we

Day 1 & day 30 . I'll probably take a picture ar day 45. But for the most part I will take pictures every 30 days. I can't wait to see what my day 60 looks like. As of yesterday, I have lost over 13 inches off my total body and I have lost 10 pounds. Last week, I began doing cardiovascular workouts 6 days a week's instead of doing 5 days a week. That was the recommendation of my trainer.

Also last Thursday, I began working on my abs with my second trainer. Yep you read correctly. I had a trainer last year that was helping me prepare for a 10k run. I paid him two months in advances, but due to my super busy work schedule I was unable to utilize him. He has washboard abs and I felt that he could really tone and take my abs to a whole another level. 

This past Saturday, I began a new diet. My main trainer, Maria said she wanted to change my diet up because she didn't want me to Plato. I am still eating 6 times a day. So roughly I eat every 2.5-3 hours. I am drinking a gallon a water a day as well.. She did not measure me yesterday because I got measured last Wednesday. She told me she would measure me this Sunday to see where I am at. She said that would be a good indication of where I am at because I would have been on the new diet for a least a week and it would be 2 weeks into  doing 6 days of cardio a week.

Also my trainer told me that I am progressing well. When it comes to weights. Some weights I do well in, while in others not not so much. I know one side is wayyy stronger than the other but that's probably the one I use the most. I'm hoping by week 7 I can lose 2-3 inches off my waist AND at least 1 inch off my thigh and I know this is wishful thinking but I would love to lose 8 lbs by week 7 as well.

Week 2 update

So far I have lost a little over 3 inches off my total body from week 1 to week2.I have lost a total of 6 pounds, my Body fat % has dropped over 2% and my body fat has dropped over 4%. Not made considering the fact that I got weighed in early.
