Videos coming soon
Hello everyone. I have videos that I need to upload on this blog. So please bare with me. I have 4-5 that I need to transfer over to this blog. I have a YouTube page naturalnikkidst and I talk about on there. I will transfer those videos on this site. So far I am down 15 lbs and 16 inches off my total body. Normally go in every Sunday to get measured and weighed in. However I am going out of town this Sunday and so is my trainer. So when it will be later on this week. She told me last week. I need to lose at least 10-12 more pounds. From the outside looking in I look slim, but I'm not lean enough for a bikini competition... I still need to gain more muscle as well. My shoulders and arms are coming in nicely she told me. I hope that I lose 3 lbs this week. And at least .5 in my waist. My goal is to compete in at least 2-3. Body building competitions this year. After that. I may retire. Lol. This is hard stuff people and it takes a lot of dedication and hard work. It's not impossible its definitely doable. I am not and WILL NOT quit. Cheer me on from a far!
